FOREST FIT MISSES YOU
Come back and join us!
Over 150 people have now trained with us. Every single person adding great camaraderie to every session.
Help us break our session record of 21 attendees.
1st session wednesday back after the holidays saw 16 join us with some regulars away on holidays still. We work hard to offer all different forms of training making each session varied concentrating on quality technique in all execises used to make us all toned, aerobically more efficient, lean and strong.
The Wednesday session at 9.30, and Saturday sessions at 9am & 10.30am have regular athletes who are without question getting fitter and we are upping the tempo accordingly. The Monday night session every week @ 6.30pm is where we have achieved our biggest turn out so far! More evidence people love training outdoors.
We hope to train with you again soon,
Kind Regards,
Charlie & Steve

Latest News
The 4 sessions are working really well and it's great to see so many regular faces who have been with us over the last few months getting lots fitter, stronger, leaner and meaner! And also we continue to see plenty of new faces as well which is great news as Forest Fit gathers momentum and is proving to be a popular way to train.
Outdoor training is proven to significantly improve weight loss and increase aerobic fitness quicker than working solely in the gym. Forest Fit offers some great strength training as well as a host of aerobic activities like the infamous hill running challenges that we do on a regular basis.
We hope you are all enjoying the Forest Fit experience and both Charlie and myself will continue to develop what we provide and keep the training varied and interesting in the future.
Everyone is getting fit, and not just fit but 'Forest' Fit!

Latest News
Just to let you know that there is no Forest Fit on Saturday 26th February, due to Wareham Forest being overrun with rally cars! The Sunseeker Rallye is down again for another weekend of racing. So unfortunately, rather than get mown down by a boy racer, we have decided to cancel this week.
Have no fear, we are back with a vengeance the following Wednesday and return to normal session times.
One for the future, we will be introducing another 2 session times, more information to follow, and we are looking at a few surprises with the training along the way!!!! Keep coming, keep getting fitter and stronger and enjoy exercising in the outdoors!

Forest Fit
The Session includes a gentle warm up, a combination of different exercises to improve strength, mobility and fitness, and a warm down. We welcome anyone looking to try something a little different training `outdoors` in these beautiful surroundings. Concentrating on each individual as we all get a little fitter.
Longterm we aim to do various sessions, at present on a Wednesday and a Saturday, with groups varying from beginners to advanced, over 60s to running or triathlon specific. In the spring/summer we will definitely do early morning and evening sessions. The Wednesday session at 9.30, and Saturday sessions at 9am & 10.30am are well established with a regular group of Forest Fitters!
We have many regular attendees to Forest Fit who are without question getting fitter and we are upping the tempo accordingly. We look after all our athletes whatever their abiility and monitor their progress through each session and over time.
Above all everyone has a lot of FUN!!
Please contact us if you have any questions at all.
