20 people attended the 9am session yesterday :-)
Can we beat our monday night record of 21?
Next saturday September 3rd,there is ONLY ONE Ffit session @ 9am
Then we are back to normal 4 sessions every week :
Monday @ 6.30pm
Wednesday @ 9.30am
Saturdays @ 9am & 10.30am
We look forward to training with you again soon.
