Wednesday Session

Well done to everyone who came yesterday. We got the best of the weather I think.
Nice easy jog warm up followed by some good strength work, upper body, then legs, interspersed with some short runs, keeping moving as there was a chilly breeze. One hill loop and back for lots of abs and core work, more runs, jog to logs for lots of pull ups and log throws to finish.
Very enjoyable session, everyone worked hard and had fun!
Charlie and I are now on a mission to find more logs. They seem to be a little thin on the ground! Although plenty of heavy ones, as we discovered yesterday!
