Monday night a hit!

Thank you to all our Forest Fitters who turned up to train with us on our first night at Swanage and Wareham rugby club. Took me back a bit, training under floodlights. It was a really great session, 21 attendees with some new faces, welcome to you all.

Mr Gary Dighton was there. Gary is a former national time trial cycling champion and rides regularly for Poole Wheelers. He wants to add some variety to his winter training and it was great to have him along. We will be incorporating al sorts of different exercises, training ideas and keeping it moving along to support what we do at the Sika Trail, Wareham Forest.

Big thanks to the rugby club for allowing us to host it there. It's a great facility and I urge anyone who hasn't been to go down there and support their local rugby club. I know if my boys are interested in rugby when they are older, I'll be more than happy to take them along.
